There are a few reasons you may have not yet received your certificate:
- You finished the course and selected shipping after our certificate cutoff times for the day (your certificate is shipped the following business day instead of the day of).
- Your address was incorrect.
- USPS or FedEx delivered it to the wrong address (sometimes they sort incorrectly even though the shipping label is correct)
- USPS or FedEx are experiencing weather delays or delays to a busy holiday season

If you have not yet received your certificate yet and you have a standing DMV appointment, you will need to reschedule your appointment and either wait for your certificate to arrive if enough time has not passed, or order a new certificate by contacting our customer service team.
If you gave us the wrong address, please contact us to order a new certificate and pay for expedited shipping if you need it.
