I see multiple charges from I Drive Safely.

We can absolutely help you out with this! There are a couple of reasons that you may be seeing multiple charges on your account:

  • You bought the course more than once - whoops!
  • You subscribed to our $5/mo Roadside Assistance Subscription when you purchased the course.
  • One charge is for purchasing your course, and another is for an add-on  account feature, or expedited shipping for your certificate of completion.

If you accidentally bought more than once or bought a course that you don't actually need, just request a refund here! If you paid for expedited shipping and the certificate has been mailed out already, we are unable to offer you a refund since that service has already been provided. But, hey - you got your certificate pretty fast, right?
