I have purchased the course, but it's still asking me to pay.

Once you purchase your I Drive Safely course, there are no other required course fees that go to I Drive Safely. Any other fees either must be paid to the State Regulatory departments, or are entirely optional features, such as Instant Certificate Delivery. 

 

Why is this happening?

Most likely, if you’re being prompted to purchase your course again, you’ve logged in under a different account than the one with your purchase. This happens when students have multiple emails, or purchased their course with a typo in their email address. 

 

How do I fix it?

To resolve this, log out of the account that’s prompting you to pay. Try logging in again with other emails you may have used, or double check that you didn’t log in with a typo in your email address.
