Why Do I Have To Answer Identity Security Questions?

Some states require I Drive Safely to verify the identity of students taking certain courses. In order to do this, we use a system that asks you identity verification questions based on the information in your I Drive Safely Student Profile. For some states, we are required to verify your identity through other methods, such as keystroke verification.

You’ll be prompted to verify your identity at various points throughout the course. If you fail a question, each state has a different process for how to handle that. Some states require that you contact us to be unlocked and some require that you have to restart the level you just completed.
