What do I need to do to get my Nevada drivers license?

To apply for a drivers license, you must:

  • Be at least 16 if you're applying for a full license
  • Have held a Nevada instructional permit (learners permit) for at least six months
  • Have an accident-free driving record
  • Have a moving-violation-free driving record
  • Have no substance abuse convictions
