Generally, you will be eligible to obtain a 2-point credit on your driving record if:
- You hold a valid, non-commercial Alaska driver's license
- You have NOT taken a defensive driving course within the past 12 months
Judges may also grant ticket dismissal on a case-by-case basis, and the requirements will be based upon your particular circumstances and driving history.
