What if there is an issue pulling my driver record?
We can not process a driving record if we have missing or incomplete information. If this happens, you will receive a notification with instructions to your email. (Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox!)
This notification comes up if any of the information that was provided on our system did not match the information with the DPS; hence, we are unable to pull up the driving record. Usually this is caused by the following reasons:
-
● Driver's license does not match
-
● Date of birth does not match
-
● Last 4 digits of SSN does not match
-
● DPS Audit/DD# does not match
-
● Driver's license is expired, suspended, commercial
-
● Driver's license is out-of-state;
-
● If there are recent changes with the information resulting to a change in the DD# (applied for a new license)
You will have 30 days from the date of purchase to get the information to us so we can reprocess it.
If you suspect an issue with information used to pull your driver record, please get in touch with our support team below.
What password do I use to open my driver record?
The password to open your driver record is your driver's license number.
There is sensitive information on my driver’s record. How is your website secured?
Our website is secured through an encrypted SSL connection which requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, thus providing a high degree of confidentiality. Confidentiality is important for both parties to any private transaction. In addition, all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering--that is, for automatically determining whether the data has been altered in transit.
