How will I receive my certificate?
Each state has different rules and restrictions on how you can receive your certificate. To view the options for your course, log into your I Drive Safely account, and go to your My Account page. Here you will be able to see your current method of Certificate Delivery, as well as any available options to upgrade your certificate delivery method.
Remember, just because a certificate delivery option is available for one course does not mean it is available for a different course. Options provided are based on state requirements and cannot be altered.
I’d like to purchase expedited shipping for my mailed certificate.
You can upgrade your shipping from your My Account page. Simply log into your I Drive Safely course. Under your current certificate delivery method, you will see a box that says Course Options. If there are any expedited options available for your certificate, they will be visible here.
Click See our Options, select the delivery option you would like. Click Proceed to Checkout to complete your purchase.
My course offers an e-certificate. How do I access it in my account?
If this is offered for your course, you will be able to download your certificate from your My Account page. Simply click on the blue Download Now hyperlink to access your certificate.
I need to order a new certificate.
To purchase a new certificate, log into your I Drive Safely account. If you are eligible to order a new certificate (some states require a certain amount of time to have passed before you may order a new certificate), you will see a blue Order a Duplicate Certificate button. After clicking this button, you will be sent to a new page.
If you do not need to update any information on your certificate, click I Need Another Copy of My Certificate, and then complete the rest of the steps on the page.
If you need to change any information on your certificate, select My Certificate Information is Incorrect, and then complete the rest of the steps on the page.
I need to order a new certificate, but the option is not available on my My Account page.
