How will I receive my certificate?

How will I receive my certificate?
Each state has different rules and restrictions on how you can receive your certificate. To view the options for your course, log into your I Drive Safely account.
If you see a button that says "My Account": Click on My Account. Here you will be able to see your current method of Certificate Delivery, as well as any available options to upgrade your certificate delivery method.
If you see a "Records" button: Click there to view your certificate status. If you would like to upgrade your certificate delivery method, click the Profile button and select Upgrades & Add Ons.
Remember, just because a certificate delivery option is available for one course does not mean it is available for a different course. Options provided are based on state requirements and cannot be altered.

I’d like to purchase expedited shipping for my mailed certificate.
Depending on when you purchased your course, there are two options for how you can purchase expedited shipping.
If you see a button that says "My Account": You can upgrade your shipping from your My Account page. Simply log into your I Drive Safely course. Under your current certificate delivery method, you will see a box that says Course Options. If there are any expedited options available for your certificate, they will be visible here.
Click See our Options, select the delivery option you would like. Click Proceed to Checkout to complete your purchase.
If you see a "Records" button: Click there to view your certificate status. If you would like to upgrade your certificate delivery method, click the Profile button and select Upgrades & Add Ons.

My course offers an e-certificate. How do I access it in my account?
Depending on when you purchased your course, there are two options for how you can view your e-certificate.
If you see a button that says "My Account": If this is offered for your course, you will be able to download your certificate from your My Account page. Simply click on the blue Download Now hyperlink to access your certificate.
If you see a "Records" button: Click there to view your certificate status and download your e-certificate when it is available.

I need to order a new certificate.
To purchase a new certificate, log into your I Drive Safely account.
If you see a button that says "My Account": Click here, and you will see a blue Order a Duplicate Certificate button. After clicking this button, you will be sent to a new page.
If you do not need to update any information on your certificate, click I Need Another Copy of My Certificate, and then complete the rest of the steps on the page.
If you need to change any information on your certificate, select My Certificate Information is Incorrect, and then complete the rest of the steps on the page.
If you see a "Records" button: Please call our team, and we will help you purchase a new certificate. You can call us at 800-723-1955. Please review our Contact Us page for up to date business hours.
