Due to the Shelter in Place order in Houston effective 3/25/2020, we have shut down our certificate processing office, and mailed certificates will not be processed until the order is lifted. On 5/2/2020, this order was extended to 5/20/2020. As of 5/20/20, we are working once again to reopen our Fulfillment office.
